Our Management Team

Our corporation is lead by Paul Nethers, CEO and Owner of Christian Builders and Development, LLC., a firm with 25 years of building and contracting experience.

Paul has been appointed as the Chairman for the local Small Business Advisory Council for the National Republican Congressional Committee.

We are recognized within our community as a preferred development corporation for upstate New York. CBD has 15+ in house employees. Our sub-contracting is done by local work force, to help stimulate the local economic growth

Roxy Hebner is the Controller for the firm; she has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree, and brings 11 years of administrative and management experience to the firm.

Mike Fitzpatrick heads up our infrastructure team and is a licensed master plumber, with 25 years experience installing state and local municipalities.

Russell Miller is our office manager and assists with building relationships within the North Country community and helps in locating properties, suppliers, subcontractors, and examining potential developments for the corporation.

David Lapp, Mark Sutherland, Douglas Huber, Chris Nethers and Tom Linehan represent CBD’s on-site superintendents, specializing in foundations and finishing construction projects. With 100 years of combined experience, they truly help to secure the efficiency of construction for each project.

Although we have been in the Jefferson County community only a short time, we have become members of the Greater Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce and have participated in many town meetings addressing the housing needs of Jefferson County.
